“Tanz & Bewegung” is a dance course for older adults at the library in Tempelhof. Joy, liveliness and playful movement take centre stage, with or without dance experience. To varied music, coordination, sense of rhythm and flexibility are trained, with no pressure to perform. The organizer is the Bezirkszentralbibliothek „Eva-Maria-Buch-Haus“; together participants discover and combine dance steps, strengthen their expressiveness and keep body and mind moving with ease and fun.
