"TANZ TRAUM TOD: A Raw Butoh Soirée of Intercultural Alchemy" is an evening of Butoh dance, experimental live music and dreams aboard a boat on the Spree. It is presented by Raw Butoh Night, which brings together international Butoh artists and Berlin-based performers with experimental musicians. In solo performances, movement and sound meet as the artists use unusual movements and strong images to show feelings, memories and transformations. Butoh is a dance form that emerged in Japan in the late 1950s and works without words.
