A body-oriented workshop with dance, movement and improvisation exploring what power feels like in the body. Dancer and choreographer Sarah Nadge invites participants to explore the fields of tension between control, resistance and adaptation. From a Christian perspective, it asks how inner freedom can rest on trust, dignity and connectedness rather than control. The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of worldview or prior dance experience.
