Tara and Chenrezig practice is a shared meditation at Tendar Chöling, a Tibetan Buddhist centre in Berlin-Schöneberg. Participants recite the Praise of the 21 Taras several times, partly in Tibetan and partly in German, along with the short Tibetan Sadhana of Four-Armed Chenrezig. This is followed by meditation on themes such as love, compassion, equanimity or the awakened mind, with short explanations from Geshe Rigdzin Gyaltsen. Attendance is possible without registration, also online; a dana donation is requested.
