The film "The Story of Joanna", a cult film from 1975, is being shown in a restored version. Directed by Gerard Damiano Sr., it tells of Joanna, who is searching for something more honest in love, while Jason believes in physical satisfaction. She lets herself be seduced by his dominance and finds herself caught between desire, fulfillment and nightmare. The film asks whether sex can become love when one surrenders completely to another person.
