»Theater der Ersetzbarkeit« (Theatre of Substitutability) is a theatre performance in which every audience member's voice is cloned using AI. The concept, text and direction are by Felix Falczyk and Johanna Herschel, with sound and technology by Leon Goltermann. During the performance, the audience members encounter their own automated voices and observe their actions and dialogues. A Lehrstück for the 21st century, the piece lets participants experience their own substitutability and take on new perspectives on themselves and others.
