“Time Machine Infinitum. Queeres migrantisches Berlin” is a free space with a multimedia installation inside the BERLIN GLOBAL exhibition. Noam Gorbat, Omar Nicolas and Sama Ahmadi use it to take visitors on a journey through time in queer migrant Berlin. In several videos, the artists and numerous protagonists explore spaces of exchange, self-organisation and visibility for queer BIPoC, spanning from the 1920s via ADEFRA and the OYA collective to the young ballroom scene's visions of a queer future. The installation presents itself as a polyphonic journey through time, continuities and memories.
