The event screens "Treat Me Like Your Mother", a film that uncovers the intimate experiences of four trans women from Lebanon. Made by Mohamad Abdouni, it is a powerful act of queer archiving, celebrating friendship, survival, (chosen) family, and the women who shaped Beirut's queer history. It is curated by ADIRA, a queer Arab*/SWANA party and cultural event series founded in 2023 by Hassandra and xanax_attax. The screening is followed by a talk with the team of ADIRA Drag Festival 3.0.
