A lecture-demonstration on the art of the sarangi within the Hindustani music tradition. Harsh Narayan, one of the outstanding sarangi players of his generation, offers insights into the concept of raga and the principles of musical development. He is the grandson of sarangi master Pandit Ram Narayan and son of sarod virtuoso Pandit Brij Narayan, while also developing his own artistic voice that takes him to international stages. The event takes place in Irene Galindo Quero's seminar; guests are warmly welcome.
