This is the opening event of the Valeska-Gert Guest Professorship for the winter semester 2026/27, a lecture and conversation at the Akademie der Künste am Hanseatenweg. The dancer and choreographer Nach, this semester's Valeska-Gert guest professor, offers insights into her artistic practice and her research on movement, protest, memory and choreographic writing. The event is a cooperation between the Akademie der Künste, Freie Universität Berlin and the Berlin Artists' Program of the DAAD. Admission is free.
