Kaulača works with light and colour, and her highly detailed pictures sometimes look almost like photographs. The annual programme is organised by Forma in London and curated together with 12 international art organisations that present it worldwide. The 19th edition brings together artists and partner organisations from four continents and examines how power structures shape both the act of seeing and the conditions under which we are seen.
