A guided joint meditation on the 16th Karmapa at the Buddhist Center Berlin. The center belongs to the Karma Kagyü line of Tibetan Buddhism and was founded in 1986 by Lama Ole Nydahl; experienced members explain and lead the meditation. Beginners without any prior knowledge are welcome to join, and it is free of charge. Note that on Fridays the program is in German.
