„Wer wird gehört – und wer nicht?“ is an online event, an online workshop on church and racism. Behind it is the Initiative Kirche und Rassismus in Sachsen, supported by the Amt für kirchliche Dienste; it is led by Dr. Barbara Zeitler, officer for theological education and training in the EVLKS. It asks who is missing in congregations, decision-making bodies and teams, and who is present but too often overlooked or unheard. With the speaker Dr. Alena Höfer, officer for women's politics and intersectional feminism at the Institut für Kirche und Gesellschaft der EKvW in Schwerte, participants will discuss the responses to her words at the EKD Synod in Dresden and equality work spanning different areas.
