"Where Life is a Song" is an evening of stories and songs from Ireland, Scotland, England and Brittany, part of the fairy tale days. The duo Vin de Paris sings and tells of music in wistful ballads and earthy love stories, rough shanties and light-footed jigs, gentle lullabies and mysterious magic melodies. It is about music in Celtic folklore – from the song thrush's twitter and the village dance of girls seeking a sweetheart to the sad playing of a blind fiddler, the singing of merry beggars and the magical voices of the woods at Beltane. The evening takes place at Morgenstern.
