Whistleblower is a documentary about a world in which extreme caution is essential for survival. Three courageous people in Africa, Europe and the USA put their lives, careers and families at risk to reveal information kept secret from us purely for the sake of power. Over three years, Marc Bauder's film follows hunters and hunted – protected by dedicated professionals and pursued by lobbyists, governments and intelligence agencies. Among those featured are Jean-Jacques Lumumba, NSA analyst Daniel Hale, Delphine Halgand-Mishra of The Signals Network and the journalists of the Panama Papers.
