The Winterausstellung 2026 opens with a vernissage at the Löwenpalais, and admission is free. The event is hosted by the Stiftung Starke; 150 artists each show one work there, picture next to picture and, in the 6.40-metre-high hall, all the way up to the ceiling. At the vernissage, visitors can meet the artists and discover the works on display. A welcome address by Jörg Starke takes place at 7 pm, and the exhibition will remain on view afterwards, presumably until the end of February 2027.
