„WIR SIND AM LEBEN - Das Berlin Musical“ is a new German musical currently running at the Stage Theater des Westens in Berlin. It was created by Peter Plate and Ulf Leo Sommer, whose works have already thrilled millions of spectators. Set in Berlin in the early 1990s after the fall of the Wall, it follows Nina, Mario and their mother Rosi as they seek a fresh start in the squatted old building „Konsum Hoffnung“. With big songs, a live band and plenty of Berlin wit, it tells of family, freedom and friendship – and is celebrated every evening with standing ovations.
