Yoga is a yoga class at Offenes Wohnzimmer, led by Paulina and Laura. Paulina, trained in an ashram in the Sivananda tradition, combines gentle and dynamic elements such as sun salutations, breathing exercises and mindful bodywork to strengthen body awareness and a positive body feeling. Laura, trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Greece, creates invigorating Vinyasa flows and grounding Yin classes. The inclusive practice suits all levels; participants should bring a yoga mat.
