Yoga and sound journey is a session combining yoga with an immersive sound experience, themed around letting go in autumn. Through asana, breath and awareness, participants move through the different layers of their being, noticing where they hold and resist. This flows into a sound journey in which vibration, voice and sound travel through the body, supporting release beyond thought or movement. The event is led by musician Sangeeta lerner.
