Drawing yoga helps children calm down, switch off and clear their heads with simple drawing exercises. Katja Spitzer is the instructor; in three to four playful exercises such as Zentangle, mandalas and drawing games, the aim is not to draw something beautiful or perfect, but to be fully in the moment and leave everyday life behind for a while. No drawing skills or prior knowledge are needed, only a little curiosity and the desire to try it. For children aged 7 to 9, limited to 15 participants, registration by e-mail or phone, free of charge and funded by the Library Strengthening Fund.
