A festival bringing together literature and theatre, dedicated to the work and thought of Albert Camus. It is run by the Literatur- und Theaterwerkstatt Berlin led by Tuncay Gary, in cooperation with Roter Baum Berlin, the Albert Camus Society, the Friedrich-Bödecker-Kreis and the Galerie Salon Halit Art. The first evening opens with a welcome address by Tuncay Gary, followed by a conversation with Holger Vanicek, president of the Albert Camus Society, exploring what revolt, freedom and responsibility can mean today. A staged reading titled „Der leere Raum“, in which senior women and men engage with great voices of European modernism, rounds off the evening.
