An intergenerational meeting series called 'Twarzą w twarz' held in the Sala Orłów at POSK, bringing people together face to face over tea instead of screens. It is part of the 'Razem w UK' programme, which combines generations, healthy habits and good fun. The session includes face yoga with Ewa Aleksandra Żak, with regular facial exercises and massage promising better looks and wellbeing, plus plenty of laughter. Afterwards there is coffee and tea, with time for conversations, networking and a brainstorm on how to grow the meetings.
