A feature documentary following three Deaf couples and their remarkable love stories: a decades-long forbidden romance, an LGBTQ+ couple navigating parenthood with Deaf and hearing children, and a Deaf boxer and his hearing partner facing a life-altering choice. Produced by a Deaf and hearing team and directed by Garry Keane, the film is a cinematic celebration of resilience and enduring love. Its awards include the Being Oneself Award at the Doc Edge Film Festival New Zealand, the Audience Choice Award at the San Diego International Film Festival, the Global Production Award in Cannes and Best Feature Documentary at the Celtic Media Awards. The screening is followed by a British Sign Language interpreted Q&A with the filmmakers.
