A public lecture, in person and online, marking 20 years since the launch of the Stern Review on the economics of climate change. It is hosted by the Grantham Research Institute and the Global School of Sustainability at LSE. Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero Miatta Fahnbulleh gives keynote remarks and Nicholas Stern responds, with Elizabeth Robinson chairing. The speakers look at what has changed since the review concluded that the cost of inaction on climate change outweighs the cost of action.
