About
A Requiem Mass held on All Souls' Day, the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, the day on which the Church commends to God all the dead, especially those whom no one remembers any more. Behind the page stands the Parish of Our Lady of Białynicze, whose article explains how All Souls' Day differs from All Saints and how to request a Mass for the dead. It notes that in November, the month of special prayer for the dead, the Rosary is prayed for the departed, their names are read out in church and Masses are requested, and that on 2 November every priest may celebrate three Masses.
