Tony Kushner's 'Angels in America' is a sweeping, poetic two-part epic play about love, loss, and the search for meaning at the height of the 1980s AIDS crisis. Directed by David Gregory and presented by Sedos, it follows a group of New Yorkers whose lives collide in moments of heartbreak, revelation, and unexpected hope. Blending political insight with magic, imagination, and the era's music, it asks timeless questions about identity, faith, and human resilience. Both parts, 'Millennium Approaches' and 'Perestroika', are staged together in a boldly re-envisioned experience on the intimate Bridewell stage.
