Apricity is a duo exhibition of ceramics and textiles at Flow Gallery. It features ceramics by Nancy Fuller and textiles by Maria Sigma, whose work embodies a connection to the earth through materials and making process. The title takes its name from an old word meaning the warmth of the winter sun, expressing the feeling of basking in gentle winter light and connecting to transient seasons. Both makers are inspired by contemplation and slow-making, fostering a sense of presence through tactile experience for themselves and for viewers.
