A seminar and paper presentation exploring how community archives can become active agents in shaping the future. It is hosted at Birkbeck as part of the Carena Institute of Sustainable Archaeologies' series. Speaker Claire Harris, a Palaeolithic and intertidal archaeologist at MOLA and Queen Mary University of London, discusses the Archive to Action project built around the Coasts in Mind Community Archive. This cocreated online platform records coastal communities' lived experience of change so that policymakers can use it within coastal risk governance.
