A national two-minute silence for Armistice Day, kept throughout St Paul's Cathedral and outside on the West Steps, where prayers will be said. Armistice Day has been observed every year since 1919 with a two-minute silence at 11.00am on the 11th of November across the nation. Everyone is welcome to participate; please arrive outside the Cathedral at 10.55am. The event is free and unticketed.
