Art therapy sessions offering individual and group exploration of the Self through art making, using guided meditations, paints, clay, poetry, story and movement to work somatically and spiritually on difficult thoughts, behaviours and feelings. No artistic experience is needed for this process-led approach. They are led by Ali Mobasser, a multidisciplinary artist and integrative arts psychotherapist working from a trauma-informed perspective, who also runs a 12-week therapeutic group for Iranians in the diaspora.
