"As You Like It" is Shakespeare's light-hearted comedy, staged in the open-air Globe Theatre in Bankside. It follows young lovers Rosalind and Orlando, who flee to the Forest of Arden, where Rosalind hides in disguise as a man while their romance blooms amid secret love notes, mistaken identities and a wise fool. The staging is co-directed by Sean Holmes and Charlie Josephine and fills the theatre with live music, revelry and a happily ever after. The production runs about two hours and forty minutes, including a twenty-minute interval.
