A season of talks, screenings, performances, exhibitions and special events marking 90 years since the BBC launched the world's first regular public high-definition television service from Alexandra Palace. Running from September to November 2026, it explores the people, programmes and pioneering spirit that transformed broadcasting forever. Visitors can step into the story of the place where television began and celebrate the innovators who helped shape how the world informs, educates and entertains.
