A guided behind-the-scenes tour taking visitors inside the state-of-the-art storage facility of the Prince Philip Maritime Collections Centre, part of Royal Museums Greenwich. Specialist tour guides lead visitors through a sprinkling of the 2.5 million objects and archives held across the sites, and visitors meet the conservation team to learn first-hand about an object's voyage from store to display. The tour lasts two hours with a 10-minute interval and includes a complimentary tea or coffee, and is fully wheelchair accessible. It has been specifically designed for adults, though younger enthusiasts of history, conservation and heritage are welcome.
