A book launch at Housmans celebrating the third edition of David Rosenberg's book Rebel Footprints. Rosenberg tells the story of protest and struggle in London from the late eighteenth to the mid-twentieth century, from the suffragettes to the socialists and the Chartists to the trade unionists. The book pairs self-directed walks with narratives blending history, politics and geography, illustrated with maps. Tickets are priced on a sliding scale, with free tickets available on request.
