A night of extreme pie feasting at The Blue Stoops. It is hosted by Calum Franklin, an award-winning British chef and bestselling author celebrated as 'The Pie King', together with Jacob Farley. Franklin is known for reviving traditional English savoury pastry techniques and for The Pie Room at the Holborn Dining Room, where he treats the pie as art. The evening's menu ranges from smoked mackerel rillette and cured chalk stream trout to Fidget Pie and an apple, pear and calvados trifle.
