A capoeira class for children aged 8 to 10 at Lordship Hub, a community centre and cafe in Tottenham. Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form blending music, acrobatics and dance, and the classes help children develop coordination, balance, rhythm, concentration and social skills through a safe and creative approach. The teachers are Professora Paulinha de Sousa, a capoeira coach with fifteen years' teaching experience in the UK, and Zoe, an experienced capoeira player and musician who has worked with children on educational and cultural projects.
