CHARLIE SHEPPARD: DAISY CHAIN is an exhibition of mosaic works held at the Kensington Gallery of 8 Holland Street. It presents a new body of mosaic works by Charlie Sheppard, a London-based artist whose practice centres on mosaic, spanning handcrafted ceramic works and large-scale murals. Daisy Chain celebrates the playful relationship between people and flowers, exploring how flowers invite our play yet resist full control. Sheppard uses organically cracked tile pieces as they lie, letting each crack inform the artwork as it happens.
