It is hosted by Projects by IF, with speakers Imogen Levy, Chief Digital Officer at RSPCA, previously NHS England, and Lingjing Yin, Head of Product at the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council. They will discuss AI triage, when people expect human interaction, and how to draw the line between high-stakes and low-stakes interactions. Drinks and snacks are included.
