Culture Club is a regular gathering at Sadler's Wells that invites people to discover new passions through dance and the performing arts, open to anyone aged 18 and over whatever their ability or experience. Its talks and workshops explore creativity, wellbeing, dance and the theatre's artistic programme. On 6 November Louise Klarnett leads a gentle, sensory dance and movement session drawing on imagination, playfulness and curiosity, inviting connection and wellbeing through listening to and exploring the body.
