A film about June 1940, when France collapses and signs the armistice and an unknown general flees to London to save what remains of freedom, seeking to convince the world that the battle for France is neither over nor lost. It was directed by Antonin Baudry and stars Simon Abkarian, Simon Russell Beale, Florian Lesieur, Anthony Calf, Stephen Campbell Moore and Tom Mison. Its original title is La Bataille de Gaulle: L’âge de fer. It carries a 15 certificate from the British Board of Film Classification.
