An afternoon of performances and artist talks titled Digital Worlds, Alternative Futures, taking place at arebyte Digital Art Centre as part of the exhibition SLIPSTREAM: Uncharted Realities & the Eternal Now. It features London-based interdisciplinary artist and dancer Kinnari Saraiya discussing her interactive installation In the Eye of a Dream, artist Wendi Yan presenting her film Dream of Walnut Palaces, and internationally exhibiting artist Skawennati performing with a destination she co-created in the virtual world Second Life. The event explores how digital tools can help reimagine cultural heritage, identity and alternative futures, and is hosted by Pita Arreola, arebyte's Head of Programmes and curator of the exhibition.
