This is a choral concert of Renaissance music titled "Discord to Harmony: Renaissance music of war and peace". It is performed by the vocal ensemble Stile Antico, a group of twelve singers led by sopranos, altos, tenors and basses. The programme explores how composers from Du Fay to Schütz responded to the wars, religious conflicts and diplomatic peacemaking of the Renaissance, spanning nearly two centuries of music. It features works such as Clément Janequin's chanson "La guerre" and Tomás Luis de Victoria's "Missa pro victoria".
