Dissecting Aerial SYMPOSIUM: The Big One is a symposium day at Jacksons Lane with four talks on the moving body. Dr Nicky Keay speaks on how hormones, from the menstrual cycle to menopause, shape how we feel, train and perform; Ana Prada on how the aerial body changes through perimenopause and menopause and how training can adapt. Dan Edwardes argues for building real physical capability over eliminating risk, while Joanna Haigood reflects on nearly 50 years of creative practice guided by curiosity. It is a guest event presented by an independent organisation, not part of Jacksons Lane's own programme.
