Donna Ashworth: The Art of Being Easily Pleased is a live event blending poems, essays, personal stories, visualisations and meditative prompts, running 1hr 30mins including an interval. It is led by Sunday Times bestselling poet Donna Ashworth, appearing live in London for the first time. The evening draws on her new collection of the same name and encourages the audience to find delight in the ordinary, shift from perfectionism to presence, rewrite their inner voices, reclaim childlike wonder and choose joy on purpose. It is an immersive guide to living with acceptance, wonder, boldness and a heart open to the everyday miracles all around us.
