An interactive workshop exploring entangled writing as a way of unlocking new thinking about the life/death and human/more-than-human crossroads. Facilitators introduce key concepts about fungal life and encourage rethinking mortality, decay, and death in creative, life-assertive, and regenerative terms, with participants creating their own zines and penning handwritten notes on biodegradable paper. The event is part of Being Human Festival, the UK's national festival of the humanities, led by the School of Advanced Study, University of London, in partnership with the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the British Academy. Those attending a separately booked fungus tour in Regent's Park may bury their notes in a designated area of the park.
