Eurotrash is a stage play at the Young Vic (Main House) in London. Directed by Walter Meierjohann, it brings Christian Kracht's international best-seller to the stage in a new adaptation by Colin Teevan, starring Kathryn Hunter and Ben Whishaw. A blocked novelist is summoned to Zurich by his aged mother, who lives on vodka, pills and Ferragamo sweaters. Together they set out to give away her fortune, amassed from arms investments and dairy products, on a chaotic road trip through snowy Switzerland in search of redemption and connection.
