Family Day at London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE is a free, fun and creative poetry family day celebrating the UK's National Year of Reading 2026. Hosted by London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE, it invites families to imagine the sights, sounds, smells and secrets of Roman London. Children aged 7–11 are the main audience, though all ages are welcome, and they can write and decorate their own poems inspired by life in the ancient city. Interactive storytelling reveals the mysterious story of the god Mithras, and visitors can then step inside the reconstructed Temple of Mithras beneath the modern City.
