"Finding Journal Articles" is a guided session giving an introduction to searching for journal articles. It is run by Birkbeck College, with Steven Ellis as the named contact. Participants learn which databases to use, how to use filters and other functions, and how to use boolean operators (AND/OR/NOT) to improve their searching. The session suits students at all levels of study, requires no prior knowledge, and shows where to go in the library for further support.
