A one-day leadership workshop for doctors, part of the Royal College of Physicians' leadership training. It covers clinical leadership skills, leadership theory, power and influence, emotional intelligence, feedback and self-reflection, and strategies for self-leadership. It is aimed mainly at resident doctors (ST1–ST7) and SAS doctors, including those new to leadership roles. Attendees can also take a second workshop and complete a reflective assignment to earn the RCP's 'Doctors as Leaders accreditation'.
