The Grief Cafe is a monthly support group where people can come together to share their experience of grief, no matter how recent or long ago, or simply listen. It is hosted by the City and East London Bereavement Service (CELBS), a community-based charity in Tower Hamlets that offers specialist counselling and bereavement support. Participants describe it as a warm, accepting space that removes isolation and loneliness. Attendance is by emailing your name and contact number to admin@celbs.org.uk.
